I've lived in this building for 10 years. It is a good location and reasonably quiet. Any issues with maintenance are resolved I find in a timely manner. Sure, there are more desirable places to reside but I find this one is quite fine
100% do not move in to this place. It’s poorly maintained and managed plus it’s got tons of health and safety issues, drug Arctics and only one small elevator making it really hard to move in. Place is literally an expensive slum. I can list 1000 things wrong with this building, it’s staff and the neighbourhood but won’t because it’s a waste of time listing everything wrong with this dump.
Not quiet place. Outside is noisy as hell. Don't recommend for people who wants to live in peace and tranquillity. Not a good place if you have asthma, too many smokers living in the building.
