RecommendedThis was an unplanned stop on a Friday night during the height of Dinner Hour. I would never have thought that we could walk in to West on Center at 7:30PM on a Friday and be seated right away without a reservation! The Chef's Table is a long narrow table that seats 4-5 patrons on one side, all seats facing the Chefs in their open-kitchen who were working hard to get the dinner-rush orders filled. Halloumi cheese salad is amazing! Great veggie burgers too.
Fish and chips. Also the baked fish haddock. Great customer service and atmosphere.
Cosy - friendly staff - great drinks and food!
Very disappointed with the service, upon walking into the restaurant the hostess acted as if she couldn’t be bothered. We ordered our dinner which came out very fast, can’t complain about that, however without asking, the server brought our check and we were not finished. We felt rushed and decided to skip coffee / desert. As our first getaway as a couple we were disappointed with the uncomfortable feeling of “here’s your food, and check, have a good night” we actually got the check multiple times because we kept adding more... read more
