It's great. If something needs fixed, someone comes right out. And the people in the office are really good at helping out.
Had a great experience with the office staff there. Ashley bent over backwards to help us get in here. I love it they helped my husband and I buy our first home.
If you like dealing with skeazy used car salesman type people this is the place for you!
I have lived here for almost 13 years and it is in rough shape.Many junkie trailers,trash is a big problem.I walk out back and near compacter and pick up trash all the time.Garbage is never consistently pressed down so of course it over flows.The concern for keeping mail room clean is next to nill. I know things take time, but we sure could be a lot cleaner.
The KLADDER's have lived here since 11/1/2014... WE LOVE IT, WE LOVE IT!!! WE CAN'T WAIT TO BUY OUR NEW TRAILER!!!
