Yes community’s is an absolute joke!!!! So glad we are purchasing a house in the spring. Terry in the office is awesome and always has been but all others suck would not recommend westolive estates to anyone.
You can increase my rent by 30% in a year but don’t follow through with your “promises” and can’t even get our roads salted 🙄

Since YES purchased the community it has drastically gone down hill. They hike the lot rent promising new roads, sprinklers through out the park and mowing service. I have seen no new roads, still tire harming speed bumps, no sprinklers, cops in here every other night and a mowing service that damaged my custom color skirting and has not been replaced in over 3 months. I say stay away and buy a real home on land so the minute you drop a house here you don’t start losing value on you investment. Be warned.

Love the new lawn service. Our leaves were just collected and they did a great job! Makes our life so much easier and the community looks better.
It has been a nightmare getting the people in the office to return emails or anything, or to get them out here to take a dam lock off. If I would have know it was going to be like this we wouldn't have moved in. Sorry, step up the customer service.
Nice location between Holland and Grand Haven near the Lake Michigan Shoreline.
