Have very much enjoyed living at Camden South End for about the last six months. Great location, appropriate rent prices, friendly and helpful office staff. The maintenance crew is also among the best I have encountered at any residence -- every time I have had to submit a request, they have responded quickly to effectively address and solve the issue. Would absolutely recommend CSE to anyone who may be hunting for apartments in South End.
Items break and you are expected to wait days before it is addressed. They manipulate the system by putting your requests into an "In Progress" status. This is done knowing there will be no attention to the matter for several days. It would appear that they are manipulating a KPI index score. I currently have a non functioning Washer & Dryer.
