I visited West Oaks a couple of months ago and and had a very good experience with the leasing agent. But I was not ready at the time to apply for an apartment I was just looking getting a feel for what apartments where available. When I was ready to apply God had me circle back to West Oaks where I meet Bria another leasing agent who was just as kind and friendly as the first person I meet. I am truly grateful for Tracey and Bria, the co-administrators of West Oaks Apts, for their wonderful care of the community and its residents. They are always accommodating, kind, attentive and responsive. to their needs. I also highly value the maintenance men and cleaners, who are quick to respond and provide quality work. I so enjoy my apartment and appreciate everyone for their kindness and professionalism.
I would highly recommend moving here!!! Ms. Tracy was exceptionally helpful. The tour was perfect, she made us feel very warm and comfortable.
