lived here only a year and the apartment/area quickly deteriorated in that time. across the hall neighbors were extremely noisy no matter time of day despite submitting a noise complaint nothing changed. the hallway carpets are stained and hallways smell very bad. front door of building does not lock as it’s supposed to which is a safety concern for me. apartment walls are very thin so you can hear everything in the hallway and in others apartments. surrounding area is very noisy due to constant traffic and construction. roa... read more

I am so disappointed in West Oaks and Bria. After 3 years of being an amazing tenant the disregard and disrespect of the last month and a half is deeply saddening. Despite numerous maintenance issues over the years, having almost every appliance in my apartment nonfunctional at times and replaced, a toilet that has flooded my bathroom over and over and plumbers that have came out over the years too many times to count, a maintenance man that threatened and went off on me when I called after hours, a kitchen that flooded mult... read more

We just visited West oaks and went on tour with Shaquille. Our time with him was fantastic. Excellent communication skills. He was so patient with us and he answered all questions with a smile.

I am writing this in the dark, I just moved here at the beginning of May and my power has gone out 3 times! One time being out for 3 days. While this is not on West Oaks, if you don't mind having your power go out CONSTANTLY and you losing out on money having to replace all of your food, then move here. Other wise BEWARE!!! You won't be compensated whatsoever. I am extremely nervous for my remaining time here, as this seems to be a frequent issue.
