I would not recommend this office to anyone. My daughter was a patient here a few years ago, and our experience was extremely frustrating from start to finish. We ordered orthopedic sneakers for her not once, but twice, and never received them. There was constant miscommunication, misunderstandings, and repeated errors with her orders. Because of the lack of proper care and follow through, my daughter ended up needing additional physical therapy over the years to help correct issues with her feet and posture. Que pena me equivoque no sabia como encontrar a la dr. WATERS es una persona muy amable muy educada y se preocupa por sus pacientes el staff no es como lo pintan yo recibi buen trato y la asistente que me atendio ese dia fue muy linda muy atenta la dr. Waters mi dra. favorita la recomiendo no se van arrepentir.
tengo appmt con la dra, Waters pero que raro no aparece por ningun lado y este sitio de 20 reviews solo 1 es bueno y es de hace 5 anos que pena da miedo este sitio deben mejorarlo
Pésimo servicio al cliente por parte de las recepcionistas! Mantienen amargadas, super despectivas, parece q uno les estuviera pidiendo un favor o sea ? 🤨 en especial una rubia! La información a medias!! Nono q desilución ! Puede q los drs sean buenos pero deberían de cambiar de personal, pienso q si crecimiento sería otro! Pq muchas veces uno deja de ir a un lugar pq desde la entrada atienden MAL! Y me parece una falta de respeto no mirar a la cara a una persona mientras habla! No vuelvo por allá
I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and organization at this podiatry center. My experience has been consistently frustrating due to multiple administrative errors and a lack of accountability. Appointments were scheduled only to be canceled at the last minute, often with the excuse that no doctor was available — a clear sign of poor internal coordination. To make matters worse, I was billed for a co-payment that I had already paid at the time of my visit. (Good thing I kept my receipt to get credit for it)... read more
