They have multiple people schedule at the same time, they have a group at 9 am another at 9:30 am not organized at all. If you schedule an appointment for somebody you should be having like 5 people at the same time. waited for 1 hour and 40 minutes asked them about it and they said they were short of staff, but they were calling people that came after me to ask them questions. She told me you have to wait 2 hours after your appointment but when you schedule they don’t let you know that.
