First time customer. Waited outside in tubing line for over an hour before window opened at 12:45 to sell tickets, either nearly 3 hrs or 1hr late, depending on what you read, the sign next to ticket window (10am) or the website (12p). Well over 20 people in front of us and 50 people behind us representing who knows how many others (I sent our 4 friends inside to wait in warmth). Rough start to their holiday week.
My children have taken a few lessons this season & I really new to point out how amazing they are!! Justin who understood my Madeline was terrified & allowed her to tightly grip his arm the first class...to Beth who worked with my son Mathew...amazing results! Then last Wednesday & today...Makayla & Andrew...you guys are awesome!! The progress Madeline has made is just great!! Hope to see you tomorrow!!
