I enjoy the good care that I get here. They are talented people and take good care of my teeth.
I absolutely love all the hygienists at West Milham Dental and Dr. Motson is very pleasant and knowledgeable. I always feel at home when I walk in! They make me feel comfortable during cleanings, procedures, etc and always follow-up on my concerns.
Every time I come I am impressed with the GREAT customer service, GREAT nursing and GREAT dental care. I feel like family and that West Milham has mine and my wife's best interest when it comes to our dental work.
After not being to a DDS in over 5 years I expected to walk out feeling like I had been in a torcher chamber. I also expected to be verbally beat up a bit for it having been so long. But everyone was wonderful.I have also had some friends that have questioned recommended work by their DDS, so I was half expecting recommendations like replacing old fillings etc. It wasn't done. It's never fun to get a filling... however, having it done with the very least amount of discomfort, in a pleasant dental office... made the experience positive for me.
