After waiting four hours for services, check in & check out desk clerks verbally attacked me and told me I'd have to take my dog to my car (76 degrees F, car parked at rear of building, left alone) if she barked back in response to other customers dogs barking at her. I was not allowed to sit with my dog in any exam room (usually #5 for us). My dog with ? for 30 minutes while I'm made to sit behind the check in/check out counter. I used to love this place but the tech at the desk today was horrible. She's thin, blonde hair, glasses. She's sarcastic rude very snappy. I did not like her lack of compassion or professionalism. I won't be back They're not that cheap anyway.
This place is awful! I had to work today; therefore, my daughter took my baby girl to an appointment for x-rays. The tech was late to start with and this put everything behind schedule. My baby girl is very anxious, especially since I wasn't present. They yelled at my daughter to tell my dog to shut-up because she was crying (not barking). When they took her back for her x-rays they wouldn't allow my daughter to go back, but when they brought my Zarah back she was bleeding on her paws.
