Had a brake issue on our 5th wheel trailer. We're from Alaska and living full time in our RV and Skip was able to squeeze us in on short notice. Even though the shop was full, Skip and his team were able to fix the brakes and get us back on the road the same day. There customer service was top notch and I would recommend West Michigan RV Service to anyone.

Skip and crew are Dometic certified technicians. My CFF45 Dometic chest refrigerator was identified to be a defective model after Skip's diagnostics. I got less than five years use. Not satisfactory. Not recommended. Skip helped me find and install a new unit. Professional. Thourough. I highly recommend this RV Service.
Skip and his team are incredible to work with! They really care about their customers and do excellent work fixing campers at a reasonable cost. They also offer suggestions of preventative measures to keep campers from coming back in their shop. Couldn’t be happier both times we have had to use them.
