The team is friendly and knowledgeable and they always do their best for us. Highly recommend!!!
There was a lot of talk at first about getting it in for initial inspection as soon as the snow was gone. Inspection didn't start until April 30th. I really wish I could have kept it in storage until they were actually ready to start the project. I wouldn't bring a trailer with a water leak here again due to the vague timelines provided and I'm not certain more water damage didn't take place while we waited.
Skip and service tech Anthony offered to meet me on a Saturday afternoon after closing hours to help me fix my trailer door. Thank you West Michigan RV Sales and Service llc for all your help.
Amazing service, friendly. Chris Taylor was fantastic to work with. We had a RV tire blowout with some surrounding damage while traveling. They were able to help us out on an emergency basis and get us safely back on the road same day. He even helped with the photos and data I would need for the insurance claim. Five stars!
