Skip and his team are incredible to work with! They really care about their customers and do excellent work fixing campers at a reasonable cost. They also offer suggestions of preventative measures to keep campers from coming back in their shop. Couldn’t be happier both times we have had to use them.
I can’t say enough about West Michigan, RV, sales and service in Grandville Michigan. I was having trouble with my refrigerator and my generator and over the phone before I ever brought it in. Adam thought that it was probably a loose wire harness and a tripped breaker on my generator. He was right, fixed it quickly and I’m back on the road. I couldn’t be happier or say enough nice things about Adam and West Michigan RV in Grandville. From now on, they are going to be my go to for all repairs.
I have been looking for RV service for a few years, and WMRV has exceeded my expectations. I’m an older woman who travels alone and needed someone to be meticulous inspecting my trailer for safety issues. Skip, Kim, Adam and their entire team went above and beyond to help us get our rig fixed and back out on the road. Skip called me shortly after I made an inquiry on their website and was concerned for our safety above all else. Kim was able to quickly source the parts locally we needed and Adam took pictures and explained everything he found that needed fixing. All around great service! Contacted them because my pop-up had a lift-arm/pulley that was not working. 1. West Michigan RV is one of the only places that I contacted in the area that services pop-ups. 2. Communication was efficient. I received a response back very quickly in regards to my inquiry. 3.
