Great counselors to choose from!! HORRIBLE administrative/billing staff!! They have had my insurance information on file for over a year. Nothing has changed since 2018. However, they have charged my credit card twice for services covered by my insurance. They didn't even attempt to bill my insurance first. This last time, they charged my credit card $300.51 the day after receiving services, WITHOUT, billing insurance at all. Even if they have the correct information, you may still be charged!
I came here for a test, they got me in right away. I appreciate that they have multiple locations, they were quick with paperwork and getting you an account. They are very thorough. They walk you through everything so your not uncomfortable, they make sure of anything you need and that you understand. You feel safe and comfortable. So, we started there few weeks ago for my daughter. Where giving a new therapist a try .
