Terrible Terrible place!! I have a lot of issues with my kidneys but can't even see a doctor. They scheduled me for the appointment but I wasn't notified until the day After that appointment that I missed the appointment and would have to wait One Year before I could reschedule. I asked her why wouldn't they have let me know about the appointment but the Rude receptionist said it's not their job to remind patients of appointments but apparently it Is their job to notify patients of messed ones. I was honestly worried about my husband being referred back here after many years of no issues with his kidneys, and our primary knowing NOTHING about this disease he was diagnosed with in the 90’s. The reviews aren’t good either. But the peace of mind we were given at his appointment yesterday took all that worry away. Doctor McKenna seemed very knowledgeable, took the time to really explain things to us and eased our worried minds about some recent health issues we’ve experienced. Dr. Twu is 30 years out of date with his knowledge and almost cost my mom her life. Further more he insulted her because she asked questions as an educated woman. ( how dare she ??). He’s dangerous! Do not go to him. Go to another specialist in Grand Rapids who knows what’s they are doing!
