Customer service & accounting are terrible. Continue to receive invoices for other WMI customers along with past due notices when we are owed credits as we've over paid. Taking our business elsewhere.

When you walk in the door you are greeted warmly and treated as though your job is the most important. Communication from Sheryl and Bob in the Body Shop was second to none. They kept us informed and went out of their way to make the experience positive. The mechanics were equally informative and pleasant. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

They went above and beyond in helping us purchase our Freightliner and Peterbilt. However in less than a year we have had to rebuild the motor in both trucks and now looks like the transmission is about to have to be replaced. Trucks look good but not so sure about the quality. - E&R Trucking LLC.
