My visit for a bleeding capillary bump on my chin was awesome. Done in less than a minute, no scarring. Friendly staff. Would definitely use them again.
I'm relatively new to WMD, having been referred there recently for a couple of issues. It's a beautiful facility, clean and pleasant. The stars here are the employees. Everyone is very friendly and professional and efficient. The ladies at the front desks, the medical staff and the doctors are all so kind. Dr Winstanley is wonderful and compassionate. Had some skin anomolies that were frozen with liquid nitrogen. Clean, decent folk, expensive.
I saw a PA here for a rash that had been on one side of my face for over six months. My doctor prescribed me an ointment, but it didn't work, so she referred me to this place. The PA said I had rosacea and prescribed me an ointment at a mail-in pharmacy. Turns out my insurance won't cover the ointment without trying other meds, so I called WMD and told them that. Brook Vasicek and her assistant are both AMAZING!!! They’re a great team! Highly recommend any procedure or exam with them! Multiple visits and couldn’t be happier with their care! So so friendly, takes time with patients, great communication so you understand. Would never go anywhere else after seeing these two.
