Fantastic bedside manner… Rachel and her assistant were very welcoming and made me feel at ease right away. They were excellent and very professional at their job. I knew right away that I was in good hands and I did not have to worry or be nervous at all. Thank-you so much for that.

Will never go back! Been getting treatment there for skin cancer for many many years and even had Mohs surgery done there but todays appointment was a disaster. I felt they were Rude and abrupt. When I was told the PA would be doing the surgery I asked why the doctor who performed my last surgery wasn’t doing it the nurse said she only does faces and the PA would this one on my back.she abruptly left and came back telling me to go to checkout and reschedule the appointment since I prefers the doctor not the PA to do the surg... read more

Everything is done by apps nowadays. Every time I've tried to get on one of these apps especially Allie, it does not open and it will not let you begin. The code to join is not sent and I have been working on this for over a month!!! I have even went in and asked for help and no one seems to know how to figure it out. It's very frustrating to not be able to make the appointments that you want! Come on West Michigan step it up!

After waiting weeks for a referral toa dermatologist that never called or answered our calls, I asked for a different referral and West Michigan Dermatology called that day and was able to see my daughter the same day, thank you for being what she needed!
