I was supposed to have my procedure (SURGERY) in the morning and the staff calls me today less than 24hrs prior and canceled my morning surgery time because in their words "we tried to call you and couldn't reach you." I WAS IN THEIR OFFICE at 9am this morning for a PRE-OP appointment. Why the hell would you cancel my surgery? Good riddance. I won't be back.
I would give West Medical ZERO stars if it were an option. My wife scheduled a SURGERY with West Medical 2 months ago. Her & I both took time off work so she could do the surgery and I would be here to drive her home. Less than 24hrs from SCHEDULED surgery time, West Medical calls my wife and was unable to make contact with her so they canceled her appointment time. Great care from the staff. Had an umbilical hernia repair surgery.
