My boyfriend had his car towed to this place a month and a half ago. Got it back today for us to find out that they left the car UNLOCKED in THEIR LOT the entire time so all if our personal belongings have been stolen. We're lucky his title to the vehicle wasn't stolen. Went to ask them about it, because they did not let us know when picking up the vehicle, they told us that "Once it's in the lot, it's not their problem." I wasn't happy with him, the car my grandma had so much wrong with it that he told us there was nothing wrong. Well it need 4 knew brakes, 3 new tires, and had a huge rust hole under the muffler and the heater never wanted to work.
Tommy Gee did a great job with letting me know the cost before repairing my car. He also shared with me my options regarding warranty and let me decide in the end before doing any repairs. The final result is great because everything was repaired right and I am now safe again while driving my car.
