I do not recommend living here. There are a lot of issues with these apartments. First of all, the gates are always broken, and during the one year I lived there, my truck was damaged and I was robbed more than five times. The office never does anything about it — they just tell you to file a police report, but no real action is ever taken. There are also a lot of homeless people around the property all the time. Alexis Thompson was very helpful and made my moving very easy . It was kind of difficult on deciding which floor plan I wanted to go with, but she made it super easy . Now im a resident at WestLove.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Jarius at West Love Apartments, and he has been nothing short of amazing. He’s professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any time I’ve had a question or issue, he’s handled it quickly and with great communication.
Very well kept up with, people are friendly, & walking distance to canes!!
