Our dryer smelled like gas, not comforting, we called the gas company. They explained that the issue was coming from the dryer. My washer began to smell of burnt wiring. West Los Angeles Washer and Dryer Repair Service called me back in 2 hours, and advised me over the phone that the washer probably needed a new motor or belt, which would cost about $375 to repair. When I told him the Maytag machine was 8 years old, he said it would probably be more cost-effective to replace it than to repair it. I'm impressed with this provider's knowledge and practical advice, and appreciate not having to pay for a house call.

Very happy the quality of the work completed by West Los Angeles Washer and Dryer Repair Service. When our front load washing machine went down, we needed to get it up and running sooner than later. We are pleased to have found a local business who provided same day service for us. The machine needed a pump, that was taken care of efficiently. This a good solid family-owned business.

Whirlpool Dryer Repair in Santa Monica. Whirlpool washer was not making clean clothes not good. It needed a basic repair, out gas some how was turned off, they took such good care of us. They are so honest it is amazing. They are the company to call. We called the gas company and got the issue resolved.

Checked out non-functioning and leaking all-in-one LG washer/dryer. Found faulty water pump and cracked hose. Replaced water pump but didn't have hose, so returned 2 days later to install new hose.
