When you washing won't spin call these guys. Our clothes were wet after the spin cycle. Noticing that the machine would not drain we call and spoke with the owner. David came out to home the next morning. Taking his time a hair pin was stuck in our pump. Excellent customer service. Excellent price. Excellent work all around. Great customer service they were able to solve the problem when no one else could address it. It appears so simple now, soap can wreck havoc on a front load washing machine. The machine is now operating like new. Cleaned out the hoses, pump and simply made it work. We are residents of the Pacific Palisades and are pleased to find a local business. Matthers.

Whirlpool Dryer now working. Pacific Palisades residents give this local and family-owned business a call when you need washer or dryer repaired. They arrived on time and did a great job. It appears that our machine simply had a bad part after the machine has run who knows how cycles. She is looking like new. Great Service and Prices. We appreciate companies like this.

Kenmore Washer Repair Santa Monica. I reside in Santa Monica and my Kenmore washer was not draining the water. I was not sure what to do, very pleased with the outcome. The service tech arrived on time and did the work with professionalism. It was the lid-switch, should not drop the lid. We hired West Los Angeles Washer Repair to take care of our LG washer. There was small amount of water on the floor when the machine was not in use, we found that rather strange. We spoke with David and he shared with us his experience of the machine, that it could be the water valve. He clearly knew his machine, we schedule appointment and the work was take care in short order. They were spot on with the machine. The machine had a faulty water valve. Up and working, simply outstanding.
