I had a problem with my Integrity window order that could have been made much worse without assistance from Westside Door, Windows and Mouldings. But Howard stepped in and assured me he would help me through the situation, and he did. Horrible service. I asked Juan for an estimate for a standard-sized door, gave all the details including the dimensions, manufacturer and hardware, and never got an estimate after 1 month and 4 calls, with zero calls from Juan. I called to request a quote on a door for which the door manufacturer lists Westside Door as a dealer. The receptionist connected me with Juan. Westside Door is awesome! We have a project that required a Marvin window. I called a few Marvin Window providers in my area and non were as efficient as Alex from Westside Door! Alex helped me out, send the estimate, gave me the lead time! Wow! If you know Marvin windows, you know that it is not a fun assignment!! But Alex helped like a superhero! I'm gonna order them and I'll let you know how that goes! But I have a feeling I'm gonna be happy! I'm not going with anyone else ever! Thank you guys!
