Great place, Juan Perez help my on many projects and always have answers for my questions and needs on the field.
Terrible customer experience. If you stop by their showroom, they do everything in their power to not acknowledge you. I've been twice and you have to fight for any type of help. The one time I was able to get someone to talk to me, they took my information for a quote and then completely ghosted me. Based on how often they are on the phones, I assume they prefer big jobs over with multiple orders for construction and development.
