I ordered costly new windows, doors, and some hardware for a 100 year old home from Robert at Westside Doors and Moulding, who is a supplier to the installer/contractor. I signed the PO, paid and communicated with Westside directly. They were not the lowest bid and I received no rebates or discounts. Terrible customer experience. If you stop by their showroom, they do everything in their power to not acknowledge you. I've been twice and you have to fight for any type of help. The one time I was able to get someone to talk to me, they took my information for a quote and then completely ghosted me. Based on how often they are on the phones, I assume they prefer big jobs over with multiple orders for construction and development. We ordered french doors for the house (built in the 20's). The price was very competitive, and the doors are adorable. Howard was so professional and so responsive at every step of the way - with regards to installation and so on. Just a wonderful experience.
