West Loop Smile Studio is the perfect dentist office. From the first moment you walk in you feel like you just stepped into your favorite spa. This beautiful state of the art facility made me feel very comfortable as well as the staff . Dr. Ozzie's office is very welcoming from the time you walk in the door and you even get your own wireless headset to watch your favorite program or listen to your favorite music via Pandora. I forget I am here for a dental appointment. He is very knowledgeable and chair side manner is very good as well. I would recommend this location for any of your dental needs. Both of our children look forward to seeing Dr. Ozzie!
Hi. I was very happy with my visit to West Loop Smile Studio on October 16th. I got in on short notice, the staff was very friendly. The dentist, Dr. Lee started out by getting to know a little about me, asking me questions which I liked. They did great work and were very thorough in presenting what work was required. Overall, it was great experience.
Thanks to everyone I come in contact whenever I visit the office beginning with Jan. I am always nervous but thanks to Dr. Ozzie & Stephanie always ensure that I will be fine. The procedure for me was nerve wrecking but it was over before I knew it. Thank you for always making me feel at ease and explaining to me what to expect before and after the procedure. See you soon.
They are wonderful here. Everyone is very welcoming from the time you walk in the door until the time you walk out. They really treat the person, making sure you are comfortable and pain free. I switched to West Loop because my dentist of 10 yrs was no longer covered by my insurance and I have never looked back. Very happy with them and highly recommend.
I needed to find a dentist near my house in the West Loop for a cleaning and nightguard information. Smile Studio accepted my insurance and gave me an appointment the next day. I saw Dr. Lee and she was great. My teeth were cleaned very thoroughly and efficiently. Stefanie (could have her name wrong) helped with my xrays and she was also patient and very good at making me feel comfortable. Everyone was helpful, including Janice at the front desk. They addressed my questions and I was out the door in about an hour.
