I’ve been a patient since I was 16- I’m now 35. I had the opportunity to see most of the doctors throughout my pregnancy, and everyone is wonderful. Danielle was a huge part in bringing comfort during my high risk twin pregnancy, she is down to earth and so kind . Wife has been using West Long Branch OB/GYN for years, Doctor Pompliano is the absolute best!
It’s very disappointing to see all of the negative reports regarding the front desk staff. I have never had an issue and they have always been pleasant and helpful to me. However, the most important thing is that the doctors are wonderful. Dr Lobraico literally saved my life. During a routine mammogram he saw an area on the scans that he questioned and recommended I have further testing. After further testing I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I love Dr Jackson!! She has turned my reproductive health around!!! Each staff member is caring and attentive even while a bit understaffed. Worth the wait for new patients!
While my doctor, Karen Smith, provides excellent care, the practice's administrative operations are a major liability. I was denied my long awaited appointment because the staff incorrectly claimed they didn't accept my insurance—a fact I later disproved through my insurance patient portal on the same day of the appointment . The staff demonstrated a concerning lack of knowledge, confusing insurance acceptance with hospital privileges, and showed no empathy for their mistake.
