This was my first time @ the long branch office, I must say all the employees were very nice and pleasant as well. I want to give a special shout out to Maddie. Her amazing,friendly, nice personality was my favorite part of my visit. She had only been there for 5 months and I felt like I knew her for 5 years. Dr. Smith listens and is very informative. She makes it very easy to talk to her about sensitive things and she actually wants to help provide solutions to your issues. As someone who was suffering for years with pain and other things, I saw her and was immediately relieved that she provided me with answers and fixed the problem.
Would give 1 star! Appointment was extremely rushed, she was not open to listening only talking at me and disregarding how I felt symptom wise and brushing off my concerns. Better patient etiquette is highly needed. Was seen by Karen Smith, DO. Really wish my Obgyn prior would have stayed Samantha Keenan was the only great OBGYN they’ve had.
I have been a patient with WLB OB/GYN for over 20 years. I have seen a lot of staff come and go, however I have always had a great experience. I have always been taken care of, my needs have always been met, and care is thorough. I don't like the Lakewood location, but the staff is great as well.
