Dr Lobraico & his team are amazing! I recommend them to everyone. They are always warm, personable, and friendly.
I have had a wonderful experience being a patient at WLB OB/GYN. I had a high risk pregnancy and I was taken seriously by all the doctors and closely monitored. All the doctors and midwives have great bedside manners and really care for their patients. In particular I have had wonderful experiences with Dr. Lobracio, Dr. Smith, Dr. Jackson and Dr. Pompliano.
Horrible customer service.
This place is incredibly unwelcoming and the reception staff are very rude. Going to the OBGYN is nerve wrecking enough to be met with such hostile staff. Their new patient information is a mess. My appointment was canceled while I was standing in the waiting room because I had not filled out new patient forms, which were never given to me…it feels like their staff have lost their ability to sympathize with their patients. Some sensitivity training would go far here.
I'm writing this on behalf of my friend who has a disability. Dr. Jackson and her staff are always incredibly kind, patient and professional. They treat her with the utmost respect and genuinely care about her well-being. Questions are answered quickly via the portal and Dr. Jackson is very personable, allowing my friend to feel comfortable rather than nervous. If only all Doctors (and staff) could be as wonderful as Dr. Jackson and her staff!
