Fui à clínica com um dente quebrado e avisei previamente por telefone que só precisava de uma solução temporária, pois faria o tratamento completo em outro lugar. Paguei $149 pela consulta e, no fim, não colocaram nada para proteger o dente. Saí exatamente como entrei, apenas com a conta a mais. Infelizmente, senti que meu tempo e dinheiro foram desperdiçados. Espero que melhorem a comunicação com os pacientes e respeitem os acordos feitos antes do atendimento.
