Absolutely sorely disappointed in the care I received. Left a VM message the next day expecting a return call. Nothing. Worst experience ever! My driver out of the blue stated to me I am about to ask them if I should take you someplace else. I think they were grumpy, I felt like I bothered a few of them by going to the ER. No introduction by anyone except the CT person who I expressed my displeasure with as she was well okay to deal with. I said something to her. The service was excellent. I didn't have to wait 2 minutes and I was called in and they got right on me and did all the tests they needed. And the good news is I didn't have anything major going on which is always good news. But I did go to my doctor a couple days later and hopefully I've got it resolved. But the staff there at Advent health is just wonderful, pleasant, helpful, informative. I've been there before and I will return again when needed. Thanks. Thanks to all the staff, I feel I was well taken care.
We were there on a Saturday afternoon, with my mom. It was not very busy so they were able to get us taken care of quickly. Chris, our medic, was outstanding! He offered great suggestions and advice. He was very kind, and I’m really grateful for how he took care of my mom.
Everyone cared and seemed genuine in their desire to make it as easy as possible on me.
