Train the front office receptionist to be nicer and more respectful.
I have had issues with other dentists in the past ranging from appointments being dropped to being encouraged to perform extreme treatment/cleaning procedures on my teeth. Thank goodness that I finally found Dr. Naylor (Wells) and Dr. Brooks. Last week I cracked a crown and they were able to see me in less than a week to have it replaced.
