We love Dr. Naylor and the whole team at West Lake Dentistry!
Great dentist! My dental situation was explained to me and the options that I have. All the staff very friendly and professional.
As usual, a great experience!!
My dental hygienist, Myra, is just fabulous. I don't mind coming to the dentist for a cleaning because she is so much fun to talk to. Her cleanings are also really thorough. Dr. Naylor's practice is great because they are really kind to people who are scared of dental work, and they don't make you feel like a big chicken (even though you really are one)!
Everyone is always so nice and willing to go above and beyond your needs.
Very good experience. I truly hope i can be with Dr Naylor and her staff always. With such patience and great understanding for me is incredible. I'm so nervous and they always make me feel as comfortable as i can be. They work on me professionally not just a number on a chair. Treating me as a person.I thank Dr Naylor and staff for such great attention.
This is the first time in a very long time that I have felt so at ease at a dentist office. Everyone along with Dr. Naylor were the best. It was so nice to know that a dentist and staff actually cared and listened to what you were saying. At my age there are some dentist that think because you are older what the heck. I would highly recommend West Lake Dentistry. Thank you again Dr. Naylor and your lovely staff.

Although I realized as a new patient full x-rays might be desirable, it would have be helpful to have been told when scheduling the appointment that was the policy, if it was mandatory and the anticipated full cost of the first visit. I am thankful for having the financial resources to pay cash for the visit, but I suspect this might not be true for everyone.
