I cannot day enough great things about West Lake Dentistry. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, incredibly kind, and gives such great care for our entire family beyond the dentist chair! They care about how we are doing!
This was my first visit to West Lake Dentistry. I needed to get an old crown (around 25 years old), which had detached itself close to 2 weeks ago, "re-glued"! Regrettably, the old crown, as I suspected, is going to have to be replaced, so Dr. Naylor and staff performed a temporary fix. A staff so friendly and fun your smile will shine in and out of the office.
Even though I fear dental work more the Black Plague, I do enjoy my visits to West Lake Dentistry. The staff, from Dr. Brooks on down, is unfailingly polite and friendly. Even though the thought of occupying the dental chair for any length of time frightens me no end, I guess if I have to, West Lake has the chair I will sit in!
Couldn’t have been a better experience! Dr. Naylor gave me my options without pushing something on me! I appreciated that and I chose to actually do what I thought I would have to do, but actually didn’t have to . Couldn’t have been treated better!
Myra is very professional, thorough, caring and personable. I'll miss her when she leaves for Madrid!
Everything about this practice is 5 star. From the moment you arrive, you are greeted in a friendly and professional manner in a warm and inviting environment. I have never had to wait in the lobby more than 3 minutes before being taken back for my appointment (despite being late). Dr. Wells, Erin, and staff are gentle, and listen to your concerns. I had the best experience at West lake. Everyone was very kind, professional and helpful in determining what my needs were for my teeth.They all worked very good as a team in getting me in and out. I would highly recommend West Lake Dentistry. I would give 5 stars to this practice.
