Dr. Smars and Tina were very kind, informative and understanding as I explained my “going to the dentist anxiety”. The office is welcoming and pleasant. I love the birthday cake gel / paste they used to polish my teeth!
I don't live anywhere near West Lake Dental anymore, as I did when I was a new patient... but I continue to go back because they are the BEST! The staff is so friendly and personable, and of course, efficient and professional! I was especially touched when they mailed me a condolence card after I shared my mother passed away. Thank you Dr. Smars and staff!
Rude encounter over the phone
The reception, dental assistant/tech and Dr Langley are friendly, professional and do exceptional work. I moved from Minneapolis to St Paul and still drive across the Twin Cities for my dental care because of them.
I'm the pickiest person I know and this place is one of those places that I confidently consider an absolute benchmark. I won't go anywhere else in Minnesota. The reviews are not flattery.
