I inquired about a small piece of black mirror glass to be quoted an astronomical price of almost $300. Meanwhile every other glass company as at least $100 cheaper and one company was $170 cheaper (which I ordered). The man on the phone was rude, imperious, arrogant, sarcastic and dismissive. I need small pieces of glass ALL THE TIME so this was a potentially a very costly show of unnecessarily bad pissy attitude. I hope West LA Mirror and Glass goes out of business.

Have a wonderful experience with the whole entire process of putting mirrors all over my closet. Frank the owner was extremely professional kind and brought his expertise and experience which really helped out making the right decision decisions. Very good quality Customer service extremely satisfied

Whistle mirror is the best, they were with our budget and exceed on customer service Hugo, it’s a very nice kind person and make sure that he deliver.

I would never do any business with the West LA Glass Co. The quality of the coffee table glass was not to our satisfaction, their services are pricy and they have very poor customer services and support.

I ordered a glass shower wall and had to pay 50% in advance. I did and it was debited from my bank account. Then went to the store and just point blank denied they got it. This is pure FRAUD. I started a bank investigation and my bank and their bank confirmed all was paid correctly but still they denied they got the money and never returned my money. Very bad people.
