This place needs to be shut down! I went down to buy some glass for my window and a older lady ask me to paint her building so I agreed to do so we walked around the building I ask her if she wanted the shutters painted she said NO I ask if she wanted me to do the garage painted she said NO just knock off the old paint and spray it! I never got a contract cause she stated it had to be done ASAP cause the business were closed on Sunday! Called for a price and whoever answered was incredibly rude and short because I didn't have exact dimensions. I didn't care to get the measurements but I don't want to call back because she was so condescending.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Paid $47 for a piece of glass I could have paid less than $10 for at 3 T Glass in Maryville. West Knox charged $22 for a 10" x 40" piece of glass and charged $25 to cut it. When I complained about the cutting fee, the owner laughed at me. When I said I wouldn't be back, she said, "Good." It's bad enough to be held up with ridiculous prices but insulted too? Oh, by the way, it was cut wrong too.

Went in for a simple cut of glass. I had some 11" wide pieces of glass I needed cut down an inch and into thinner strips. Well, first the guy working in back (cutting glass) came out with 3 (of 9) pieces that I asked to be cut. These were fine, when he asked if that was correct I replied "Yes, the rest should be just the same". He then went back, finished cutting them, packaged them all together and came back out with them.
