Scam they tried to scam me I call to confirm availability for the cars. I was interested in the say yes the car is here. I mention that I have to drive two hours and just wanna make sure the car is there when I come and she say somebody going to prepare the car for you when I come and ask for the car they say oh we’re sold this morning but we have another car for you and try to sell me another car, that I was not interested in for bigger price. I took my 2013 Ram here to fix an antifreeze hose that was leaking. I dropped it off 3/17/25. When I got home I noticed that they spilled Antifreeze in my passenger side floor! They just put the floor mat over it and never told me! This is the first time I’ve ever took any of my vehicles there so it’s definitely not a first time impression! I usually use Rocky Top Dodge and after this I’m never going to use West Knoxville Dodge again!!! Just unprofessional!!!!
Paid 800 dollars for what should have been a 50 dollar thermostat. I understand labor, but this feels like robbery.
I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a blower motor and a seat belt retention assembly replacement. I have an extended warranty on my Jeep, in which i called my warranty company prior to getting to the dealership. Just to make sure that it was covered and would be paid for and taken care of.
