I contacted this office yesterday to schedule an annual wellness exam for 2026. They did confirm that they do accept my insurance. I was not scheduled and was told I could not establish care. The interaction with staff was hostile and dismissive, and there was no willingness to clarify or resolve the situation. As someone simply trying schedule an appointment, I found the experience unprofessional and concerning.
