Rude office staff. They are not welcoming at all. They’re not polite and they almost never answer the phone or they put you on hold for a long time. The medical staff seem kind and good so far. If I were management, I would hire different people for the office area… because with the current ones, it makes their presence look bad. I attached a screenshot of the wait time over the phone. Awful customer service, tried calling to reschedule an appointment. Was told three different things by three different people and transferred 4 times. The women at the front desk are rude, inconsiderate of your time and will transfer you midsentence. Very unprofessional and immature. If it wasn't for the good dr's I would never step foot in this office. I gave up trying to make an appointment. Get it together West Kendall OBGYN.
