I went today at 1105 for my 11:20 appointment but I was told that it was cancelled cuz I’m late for 30 minutes for the 10:40 appointment. I told the person I spoke to that my appointment is 11:20 and I even showed him the confirmation on my text messages as well as the text message yesterday to register on line for the 11:20 appointment. But he told me that my appointment was moved to 10:40 but unable to reach me. I told him that why did my schedule was changed if you didn’t able to reach me.
