I went in today for a much needed exam, Dr. West was so great and so kind the whole time! She made sure I was comfortable and had the right prescription for me before I left the office! I can not tell you how thankful I was to see her and her awesome staff today!
Dr. West and her staff are very professional and always take care of my family with our needs from eye exams and glasses. They are very honest with us and I really appreciate that and answer any questions that we might have. She is great with my girls and I have been seeing her for several years. Always have a great experience. I appreciate her and her staff.

I brought in my son and had a great experience with the doctor, but unfortunately their billing policies are awful. Be warned that there is a large fee to file insurance that wasn't disclosed before the exam. I have good vision coverage, but ended up paying out of pocket because it came out cheaper. I left and went to a way more affordable, strait forward, professional, and kind practice to purchase my son's glasses. I won't be back.
