Very responsive to my needs
It took me 7 years to work up the courage to see the dentist. The last dentist I had seen tried to shame me into better oral hygiene habits. It didn't work. Finally, I decided to give Kalamazoo Valley Dental Care a try because I liked the care they were giving my children. The office staff, hygienist, and dentist treated me with dignity and respect while giving me valuable information on how to better care for my teeth. I was pleasantly surprised. I'll be back! (And I don't think it will take me 7 years this time.)
I had another great visit to Kalamazoo Valley Dental Care yesterday. I got to try the vanilla toothpaste for my cleaning, and as always I enjoyed my interactions with all staff.
Great service. And very fast.
unlike other dentists, that just have told me "these fillings need to come out because they are old" I was informed of the problem of decay under them, shown my xray and discussed a plan of action that should limit pain and that I can afford. Jullian is always a delight to talk to when scheduling because she knows what she's doing and is very friendly.
Everyone is so nice, and professional. They did a great job, and put my son at ease! Would recommend to anyone.
