Heidi Vawdrey is completely thorough & caring. The office had a relaxed atmosphere & the staff, from the ladies at the desk, to the MA were very nice & incredibly helpful. My only hesitancy in giving a glowing review is the idea of sharing them with too many others! My son is receiving treatment & I already made appointments for my husband & daughter. We highly recommend! Thanks for the amazing care🙏💙 PS, I love how knowledgeable Heidi is with alternatives & from a functional medicine perspective!
I had trouble getting an appointment late in the day and there were times when I'd had to reschedule The office staff was kind and accommodating and Maria Oneida-Hardwick is a VERY thorough and compassionate Physician.
Where do I begin? PAULA is a terrible person and doesn’t care to get to know a patient whatsoever, she and her staff LOST MY PRESCRIPTION (it’s a controlled substance) and instead of writing me a new one, I get a weekly dose and told to come back. I’m probably calling DOPL, because this practice isn’t what it was, you’re not a person to them, just money!!
The receptionist, doctor and assistant were helpful and pleasant. The office and especially the rooms are old and need updating. Although weight and BP were taken, blood oxygen level was not.
The service is great and the staff is also. I love the caring feeling I receive from all of them and the respect they give me
