I came in for chest and heart pains; however, they openly told me that they would not treat me. I am in shock that the hospital could discriminate during this day and age. I’m at a loss of words. I waited over three hours for nothing only to leave with more severe heart pain.
IF YOU HAVE A SERIOUS EMERGENCY DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME ! MY GF HAD AN ALLERGIC REACTION TO SOMETHING & HER EYES WERE DAMN NEAR SWOLLEN SHUT & THEY DIDNT GIVE ONE CARE IN THE WORLD !!!! IF YOU LOVE YOUR LIFE DONT GO HERE ! DONT DO IT ! CHECK IN NURSES HAD ATTITUDES ! WATCHED US WALK OUT& DIDNT CARE TO SAY A WORD !!! JUST SAY YOUR TIME & GO STRAIGHT TO OCHSNER ON LAPALCO

If Darren Whitcomb is the doctor in the ER. Just leave! I will never come to west Jeff er again. I was sure I was have a miscarriage so I went to the er yesterday at 12:50. I was in pain upon arrival. I walked out at almost 7pm with no real resolution but for him to tell me I probably was miscarring & had an attitude because I requested something for the pain that I had been in since arrival.
