We moved in over 2 years ago and set up was quick and easy. We haven’t had any problems but I can’t say for those who have problems with making payments. We did get a leak notice and so I’m expecting a hearty bill. I called to let them know it was fixed and customer service was kind and talked to me about leak credit. I will update with how that goes but so far it’s been good. Normal expectations were met.

This business is conducted with a callous indifference toward those of us that are forced to use their water source. They'll reply that I'm not a customer too because if they don't have the info associated with this gmail account, then I must be a random unaffiliated person. I have never dealt with such a rude and judgmental person in my life than the woman that answered the phone here. Not only was she not helpful, but she missed what I was saying as being offensive. When dealing with people, if you don’t like what you’re hearing, it doesn’t mean it’s offensive it simply means you can’t answer the question find somebody who can..
