Some of them don't need to be working there if you can't work with people you shouldn't have that job some of them are rude and unprofessional
Horrible service they dont go house by house or call when they take it upon their self to shut the water off for the whole street when they do this they should furnish cases of bottle water for each house they affect we pay a lot for our water for them not to compensate everyone they affect when they shut off the water to play with
Customer service? HORRIBLE. The girls in this office are so rude. Horrible attitudes. It doesn’t matter what you call about or when you call. I had a “payment reversal” on my account I called about to question, RUDE. Was accused of tampering with my water meter, and all the fees I’d be charged etc. Well, it ended up being the wrong address.. Went to the office to pay and addressed it, RUDE. No apology, nothing.
