Great service , not very expensive and the maintenance department is top notch. Every issue we've had has been solved in a very timely manner, even after hours and on weekends.
We moved in over 2 years ago and set up was quick and easy. We haven’t had any problems but I can’t say for those who have problems with making payments. We did get a leak notice and so I’m expecting a hearty bill. I called to let them know it was fixed and customer service was kind and talked to me about leak credit. I will update with how that goes but so far it’s been good. Normal expectations were met.

This business is conducted with a callous indifference toward those of us that are forced to use their water source. They'll reply that I'm not a customer too because if they don't have the info associated with this gmail account, then I must be a random unaffiliated person.
