We were established in 2014 and specialize in powerlifting, Olympic lifting, strength and conditioning, sports performance and personal training. It is awesome the staff are so nice and are great at what they do and are friendly
Came to Indianapolis over the holidays and was looking for a good powerlifting gym. Staff were very kind and helpful. I would 100% return or join this gym if I lived in the area. Highly recommend for conjugate/powerlifting.
Traveling through town and needed a legit gym. They have all the equipment I want and then some. There was a good group there but I never had to wait for something. Positive atmosphere as well. This will be my stop whenever I’m in Indy.
I liked the gym but $65/month was way too expensive for me. My local gym does $30/month ($20/month with student discount) and has all the same equipment (powerlifting stuff too) but includes tanning beds, running track, large locker rooms, aerobics/spinning rooms, and fitness classes. I just couldn’t justify spending this much on a gym anymore. Shortly after I joined they raised the price which hurt because I felt like I was already spending too much for what I make.
