Not the best communication. The phone number doesnt work for some reason.
Nice staff, but would avoid this place like the plague! Got a bill 1 year after surgery, called to pay it, and got told I had a zero balance. This continued for 4 months getting a bill and getting told there is NO BALANCE. Now it's in collections and no one can give me an explanation. The last person I talked to, refused to go over the account and phone records with me once I found this out. This is insane! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
Phone number does not work, neither does contact us on the website and main part of Memorial Hermann has no way to get in contact with them. This is unacceptable on so many level. Basic Customer Service requires communication. They nuke the first pillar on proper Customer Service.
I had a surgery here recently and having read the negative reviews I was a little nervous going in. However, this place far exceeded my expectations with the friendly, professional and efficient staff. The nurses were very caring and checked on me frequently when I was waiting for the doctor to make sure I was feeling ok. Perhaps I was lucky to have my surgery early on a Friday when it was less busy. Great experience overall!
