Excellent leadership & exceptional service!!!!
My concern with West Houston Psychology was specifically how they handled insurance verification. My insurance company confirmed that the services were covered under the applicable Cigna network and even provided information for the practice to contact them directly to verify coverage and claim submission. Despite that, West Houston Psychology told me that claims involving Allegiance are historically denied and that I could be left responsible for a bill of around $1,000 or more. Update March 2026: I received an email from the assistant director back in November, but have not been in a headspace to deal any further with that situation, until now. I’ll be reaching out and will keep this review updated until it’s fully resolved. Update October 2025: to this day I have never been contacted by them. I had a bad experience with one of the practice's clinicians Dr. Redus. There were issues with my wait time for test results - over 8 weeks, cancelling a scheduled appointment with less than 24 hours notice, arguing with me during a review session, refusing to connect me with the facility's director regarding my concerns and more.
