An absolutely terrible experience! I had an 8:30am appointment, seemingly no one was within the waiting room we were promptly taken to a room. However, after an hour of waiting for a Dr. I asked the front desk receptionist Samantha how many guests were before us, she said 7! And an additional 30mins should be expected. I then said I can not wait any longer and would like to cancel. I asked if I wanted to reschedule and I said no, if this is how they book patients. It's my 1st time visiting hospital after childbirth 8yrs ago,I had a well satisfied service,friendly staff,my surgeon(Dr Weldon) God bless his heart😘 no long wait @ the front desk,X-ray done with ease,my next appointment scheduled on time etc. My experience with this office was top notch 👌 I appreciate u all.
I had a HORRIBLE experience with this office! Run away!! I had my first consultation with the doctor Niki Carayannopoulos in October about my knee pain. I got a knee injection which was supposed to make my knee feel better, it didn’t so I called back and saw the doctor again a month later. She scheduled an MRI a week later and I saw the doctor again on Dec 3rd to go over the MRI results. The doctor said I need surgery FOR SURE!
