I really feel welcome and respected. Easy to get along. Very accommodating. No hassle easy payment. Best in the West! Customer for years. Never an issue. Even when the usps messes up, they handle it gracefully. Highly recommended! 10 stars if I could.

We disclosed we’re shipping the perfume and we’re charged 30$ for USPS delivery. It came back. 0 accountability the guy said he doesn’t ship perfumes then remembered that he did and we did disclose that it was perfume and stated that the group shipping should have been ok- well it wasn’t and he took 0 accountability- told us to deal with USPS ourselves and refused a refund of course. Best part- gaslighting and saying we never shipped with him. Unbelievable

Brett is the BEST! I've been a customer since 2012, and the past 11 years I can always count on Brett and the team at Weho Mail. I suggest using them for all your mailing needs. He is always responsible, on time, stays on top of several things at the same time and still manages to give you constant quality service with a SMILE.
