Property management has horrendous communication and often will refuse to answer text messages or phone calls, even when it was already discussed beforehand that we would speak at x time, or on x day. Takes their sweet, sweet time to answer back on time sensitive and serious issues, and never apologizes, explains, or even acknowledges this.
Property management has horrible management skills. Keeps hiring maintenance who just simply invents a new problem and fixes the previous one, and property management claims I will get charged for the maintenance request when I'm not responsible for fixing it!! Maintenance is also not on site so it takes days to get them here. Had to pay $1600 for deposit and the apartment was covered in cat fur from the previous tenant- I AM ALLERGIC!! Cleaning crew takes their sweet time to prepare apartments for new tenants and property m... read more
