Great Service !!! I have been having algae problems with my pool for years until I went ot West Hills Pool Supply. THey explained everything step-by-step how to solve my problem and only recommended products that were needed. Now my pool is crystal clear. They are very helpful and their prces are very reasonable

Unprofessional, rude, dishonest owner, stay away!! – I just hired this owner, James, of West Hills Pool Supply to service my pool. I serviced my pool myself for 9 years and know it well. At the VERY FIRST visit he 1) damaged my pool, 2) added incorrect chemicals 3) didn't add what was actually needed 4) damaged the pools plumbing and left it an absolute MESS. Bad advice, agressive and abusive owner – The owner, though claiming 25 years of experience, gives out advice that can actually hurt your spa. He recommended chemicals that are incompatible with my spa, and would have damaged it, and then when asked for clarification, became abusive and agressive about being questioned. Very poor customer service, limited selection, and being afraid of the owners temper makes this, in my opinion, a poor choice.
