5 out of 5 stars. I’ve been to both sides plenty of times, sales and service. Bought cars and serviced cars here, and have had nothing but good experiences. Colin (service manager possibly?) has wonderful custom service and was very polite and educational.
Friendly staff, especially Chris. He was so professional and went the extra mile to make sure that the proper service was performed on my CX5.

The service advisor named Chris who is the manager at the Mazda dealership was extremely rude and unprofessional to not only me but to other staff members. He even yelled at one service advisor telling him not to tell the customers everything and that he talks too much. As a potential customer I was appalled to hear him say this because as customers we are entitled to know every detail when it comes to our vehicles. We bought a 2014 Mazda3 yesterday will NO bullying, haggling or hassle! Steven our salesman gave us legendary customer service! He answered EVERY question we could possibly ask and even made sure to expedite our financing process because we had a commitment that evening! Thanks to everyone at Haselwood for making our car buying experience amazing we will be back!

I have a Mazda 6 and have to say what a great car buying was easy! Servicing it is easy! I would recommend and have to as many people that I can stand up orginaztion and great people! Its rare that you see everyone in a building smiling but when you do, you know Mr. Parr has built a great business!!! I commend him and his managers!
